The work consists, in general, of providing and furnishing all materials, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and superintendence as required to upgrade the transit center located at Richmond Parkway and Blume Drive in Richmond, California.

Interested parties must submit any written questions concerning this IFB to Michael Silk no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on February 7, 2020.

Requests for Approved Equals must be received by the District, in writing, via email at msilk@actransit.org or by mail to the attention of the Contracts Specialist noted in Section 00 11 16, NOTICE INVITING BIDS, no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on February 7, 2020. No such requests will be considered by the District if received after this date.
