PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: The Technical and Price Proposals shall be submitted electronically via email. The electronic copy must contain all required completed and signed forms. Price information must be submitted as a separate electronic file from the Technical Proposal file. The Technical Proposal must be included as a (.pdf) file; and the Price Proposal must be submitted as a separate Microsoft Excel (.xls) file with all related Attachments. Offeror must also provide a flash drive and two (2) hard copy versions of the Technical and Price Proposals. To be considered, the proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on Monday, August 31, 2020 at AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Jamell Woodard, Contract Specialist. Proposals received after the deadline or delivered to a different location will not be accepted.

Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked to show the contractor’s name and the RFP name and number, without being opened
