BID SUBMISSION: Please refer to “Submission of Bids” clause on Page 3 in the IFB. To be considered, the bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, August 28, 2020 at AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, 6th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Jamell Woodard, Contracts Specialist. Bids received after the deadline or delivered to a different location will not be accepted.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked to show the contractor’s name and the IFB name and number, without being opened.
