Bidders are instructed to submit their hardcopy bids to 1600 Franklin Street Oakland, CA 94612. Proposals shall be clearly marked indicating the Proposer’s name and the IFB number. Acceptable electronic formats include .docx, .doc, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif, .rtf, csv. Please request confirmation of receipt of your proposals once submitted. Proposals submitted after 1pm on September 12, 2019 will not be accepted.
