BIDS SUBMISSION: To be considered, one (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be received by 10:00 a.m. local time on January 28, 2020, at the office of AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street., 6th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Jamell Woodard, Contracts Specialist. Bids may be mailed or delivered. If mailed or delivered, bids must be mailed/delivered in sufficient time to reach the address stated above by the specified date/time. Bids received after the deadline or delivered to a different location will not be accepted.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked to show the contractor’s name and the IFB name and number, without being opened. No facsimile or e-mail transmissions of bids will be accepted.
