A pre-proposal conference will be held at 02:00 pm on April 8, 2020 via Zoom meeting.

Please email to tduan@actransit.org to confirm your attendance no later than 4:00 PM Pacific
Time on April 6, 2020 if you plan to attend the scheduled Zoom meeting. The Link, Meeting ID, Phone number and Password will be provided via email.

Interested parties must submit any written questions concerning this RFP to tduan@actransit.org by 04:00 pm on April 13, 2020.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: The proposal must be received by 01:00 p.m. on May 20, 2020 at AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, Purchasing Department, 6th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Terra Duan, Contracts Specialist. Additional submittal requirements are outlined in the RFP #2020-1489 Drug and Alcohol Screening Test and Medical Examination.
If emailed, mailed or delivered, proposal must be mailed/delivered in sufficient time to reach the address stated above by the specified date/time. Proposals received after the deadline or delivered to a different location will not be accepted.
