Enjoy Free Rides on New Year’s Eve, Starting at 8 pm

AC Transit continues to support your travel needs, including getting you where you need to go safely on New Year’s Eve. Riders will be able to ride AC Transit buses free of charge on all lines, including Transbay and Tempo, beginning at 8 pm on December 31 until 5 am on January 1.

We want to keep everyone healthy this holiday season, so please follow social distancing guidelines for COVID-19 and remember that wearing a mask is essential when taking public transit.

All AC Transit local and Transbay lines will operate on Sunday schedules on Friday, 12/31/21 and Saturday schedules on Saturday, 1/1/22. All AC Transit offices will be closed on December 31, 2021.
