The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide On Call Transportation Planning Services. The District intends to award three (3) contracts with a duration of five (5) years to such firms to serve on a panel of contractors with expertise in project management, transportation planning and design, transportation and information systems engineering, data analysis, and public outreach. Five (5) general subject areas of expertise are sought: (1) General Transportation Planning and Design, (2) Design, Preliminary Engineering and Cost Estimation, (3) Systems Engineering Design and Engineering, (4) Data Collection and Analysis, and (5) Public Outreach and Engagement.P.
